How to cancel
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your secure client billing access, or by contacting us through the contact page.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period, after which it ends automatically.
Refunds
Fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once charged. Refunds for extenuating circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
After cancellation
Access to subscription services ends when the current period concludes. You may re-subscribe at any time, subject to current pricing and availability.
